In the past two days I’ve been to two seperate sports finals to cheer the school teams on. Both we lost.
It is somewhat disheartening to suffer defeat despite all that hard work and toil… but I guess the achievement of being the second best in the division is nothing to scoff at, either. Especially so when this is the first time the school is fielding teams in the A Division. Well done, sportsmen, friends.
Foolishly, I did not bring the camera to the rugby event, at which afterward a bunch of friends and myself trudged through sludge in an attempt to find a way out to the main road from that impossibly obscure location. I did take quite a few photos at the hockey match, located in the much more accessible Delta Sports Complex, though:
I’m trying out Picasa web albums’ new flash slideshow feature, as manually uploading a whole bunch of photos to a Wordpress post is really tiresome. I guess it works fairly well.
